1. Guest Passes Upon Joining
All new members will receive two complimentary guest passes upon joining.
2. 30-Day Expiry
Both guest passes must be used within 30 days of the member’s joining date. Any unused guest passes will automatically expire after this period and cannot be extended or exchanged for an alternative benefit.
3. Advance Booking Required
Guest visits must be booked at least 24 hours in advance using the clickable booking link provided in the member’s welcome email. Guest passes cannot be redeemed without a prior booking.
4. Guest Details Required
When making the booking, the member must provide all required details for the guest via the booking link. Incomplete or inaccurate guest information may result in the booking being refused.
5. Different Guests
Each of the two guest passes must be used by a different individual. The same guest cannot use both guest passes.
6. Member Must Be Present
The guest must attend and use the facilities with the member who invited them. Guest passes cannot be used independently or transferred to another member or individual.
7. One Guest Pass Per Visit
Each guest pass entitles one individual guest to a single visit, subject to the club’s normal facilities, opening hours and applicable rules.
8. Non-Transferable
Guest passes are personal to the member and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged for cash, or substituted for any other offer or benefit.
9. Club Rules Apply
All guests must comply with the club’s rules, policies and terms of use while on the premises. The member is responsible for ensuring that their guest is aware of and follows these requirements.
10. Right to Refuse Access
The club reserves the right to refuse a guest’s access where the booking requirements have not been met, the guest details have not been provided, the required notice period has not been met, or where the guest or member is not complying with the club’s rules and terms of use.
