The new year has begun – how are your resolutions going? Why not turn over a new leaf, and join us down at Pace Health Club in Durham!

The Government recommends that every person in the land should be getting 150 minutes of moderate exercise each week, but many of us are not getting enough. But if you happen to fall into this category, don’t worry, all is not lost! At Pace Health Club, located in the heart of Durham City at the Radisson Blu Hotel, we welcome customers of all ages, from babies, toddlers and children right the way through to octogenarians and nonagenarians who are keen to keep their fitness levels up.

With our pool, sauna and steam room and state-of-the-art gym, we are able to cater for all abilities, ages and stages of fitness – and there is no such thing as ever being too old to begin! We also have LimeHouse Spa on site, which means that after your workout you can choose to throttle back and relax with a well-earned pedicure or massage to make your visit complete.

With so much on offer, you can choose to do something different each time you come in to see us, from walking a mile on the treadmill to swimming 50 lengths, improving your fitness on our cross-trainers, pedalling uphill on our cycling machines, or testing your strength with some gentle weights.

Our gym is not for experts – it’s for everyone! It’s also a great place to meet new people and possibly even make some friends while you are on your journey. Whether you are a regular with us, or just dropping in, we are always happy to see you!

As expert, qualified trainers ourselves, we are also on hand to help you get started with anything which may be new to you.
