3 Minute Burpees Challenge

It's a rare person who enjoys burpees. Easy to learn and excruciating to perform, they are one of the most effective ways to supercharge your fitness levels while also working almost every muscle in your body.

The challenge ahead couldn't be simpler – in theory.

Complete as many perfect-form burpees as you can in three minutes. Simply get a member of the team to come & time you & record your score to enter. Entries are limited to 3 per person, with the winner receiving one month’s free membership!
